Start by selecting a dress colour that complements your personal style and resonates with the atmosphere you want to create against Ottawa's diverse backdrops. We have a variety to choose from and are adding to our collection all the time. If you would like to see the colour options available today, you can see them here.

Don't worry, if you've booked already and see we've gotten a new colour you like better, let us know (we need 48 hours notice for any colour changes).


       2. Select your package


We have three packages to choose from:

  • Express: Exactly that; quick, easy and to the point. One dress rental, one location, thirty minutes of shooting time and four fully edited images.
  • Standard: Our most popular package!! One dress rental, one location, one hour of shooting time, seven fully edited images and a reel.
  • Premium: For that girl that's been craving some pampering. Hair and makeup professionally done, one dress rental, two locations (within proximity) an hour and a half of shooting time, twelve fully edited images and two reels.


          4. Select your preferred time and date


Our first suggestions, book early! We are booking for next summer already (don't worry, we still have some slots open this summer, you're not out of luck if you're already in Ottawa. Select a time of day that aligns with your vision and preferences. Early mornings and late afternoons offer soft, flattering light, while each season in Ottawa brings its own unique charm to your photos.


       3. Select your location


Ottawa boasts an array of picturesque locations perfect for your photoshoot. From Parliament Hill's grandeur to the tranquility of Gatineau Park, pick a spot that enhances the beauty of your chosen dress colour and showcases the city's charm. Most of our chosen locations are in the downtown Ottawa area, if you're looking for a Gatineau Park shoot, additional costs will apply.



          5. Sign your agreement and model release


Before finalizing your booking, you will need to review and sign a photography agreement and model release. Those are both needed to protect everyone involved. If you have any questions about either, don't hesitate to reach out to us.


          6. Secure with a 50% deposit


Confirm your booking by placing a 50% deposit to secure your chosen date and time. This ensures that everything is set for your photoshoot amidst Ottawa's scenic surroundings. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the shoot.

Your photographer will be in contact with you leading up to your big day and will arrange your meeting spot. Arrive at your designated photoshoot location in Ottawa, ready to bring your vision to life. Communicate any last-minute preferences or ideas with your photographer to ensure your experience is captured flawlessly.


          8. Strike a pose


Let your creativity shine as you pose in ways that accentuate the movement and elegance of your dress. Follow your photographer's guidance while infusing your personality into each shot, creating stunning images against Ottawa's backdrop.


          9. select your favourite images


After the photoshoot, your images will be colour corrected and cropped, not fully edited! Review these images when they're provided by your photographer, but remember these are not the final photo. Dresses can be fixed, so can most "imperfections" you're unhappy with. Choose the photos that best capture your unique experience and showcase the beauty of Ottawa in a magical way.


          10. receive your final edited images
